|As the first stage of your exciting journey to using G Suite for Education, XMA will assist in verifying the registration of your domain account and handle the signup procedure.|
|As soon as the account is live G Suite will be expanded and customized in line with Google's own best practices guidelines for education accounts.|
|A fast track process will create accounts for staff and students to allow them to quickly engage with G Suite in a secure environment. XMA will work closely with the school to determine the best method for maintaining the accounts database going forward.|
|A workshop/survey process will be used to identify the core service configuration for the school that will determine the initial deployment. The application set will include all the standard educational productivity tools.|
|XMA will provide options for email migration to ensure a seamless migration to Gmail. With G Suite for Education, everything is automatically saved in the cloud. This means that emails, documents, calendar and sites can be accessed - and edited - on almost any mobile device or tablet.|
|Classroom is an exciting new feature that is designed to help teachers create and collect assignments paperlessly, including time-saving features like the ability to automatically make a copy of a Google Document for each student.|
|As soon as your account is live students and staff will be able to store as many files in their Google Drive folders as they like. As part of the "QuickStart" service XMA provide recommendations and procedures for transferring legacy file systems into Google Drive.|
